Generally you place your order, I will let you know when your order has been started, updates of its progress (1-2 emails) and then you get your dispatch email with tracking numbers.

I do try keep wait times to a minimum where possible and you can track your order here after you receive your dispatch notification and tracking number.

Yes, the outside of the packaging will only have a shipping label and even Glasgow Chav has been abbreviated to GC.

The socks and underwear are vacuum sealed and placed inside a large letter box packaging so no one will ever know!

Even you bank statement will appear something similar to "SP GC0F" no one will ever know what you have purchased.

I ship orders all around the world! please note that local collection points are only available inside the UK for the rest of the world it must be shipped to your house/office/PO box.

UK orders must total £35 or more to qualify for free shipping!

If your order has not yet started yes, a full refund can be issued.

If your order is in progress you will only receive a partial refund as I have already started to put time and effort in.
